Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy was last updated on May 13, 2023.  

Domestic Shipping Policy: 

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.    

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Estimated shipping times are also displayed at checkout.  

Tracking your order: 

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Damaged Orders: 

Please contact us directly at massageandwellnesssupplies@gmail.com if you receive a damaged package.  Please take a picture of the damages and keep the damaged product.  A claim may need to be put in with the shipping company once the damage is assessed.
